Earn reward points every time you shop. You can also earn points for referring friends, reviewing products, and celebrating your birthday!
Redeem Points
Once you reach just 100 points, you can start redeeming your points for rewards. Or save your points to reach a higher tier and access exclusive rewards!
Reward points are earned on any transaction after all discounts, exchanges, refunds and redemptions are applied.
To review a product, head over to the product page and scroll down to the review tab. For a product to qualify for review points, you need to have purchased the product yourself.
Please allow up to 24hrs for review points to apply.
In a similar way to points earned on purchases, when your friend uses their referral link, you'll earn points on the value of their transaction after all discounts, exchanges, refunds and redemptions are applied.
You can refer multiple friends they can also sign up to the rewards program to earn points on their purchases.
To let us know your birthday, open the Rewards widget. Click into Earn Points -- Celebrate A Birthday. There you can leave your date of birth.
Make sure you let us know at least a month in advance -- otherwise, you'll have to wait until next year.
Our Black Friday sale is our biggest sale of the year. Our BF VIP's receive an exclusive discount code, not available to the general public.
To qualify as a VIP, you need to hold at least 500 reward points 24 hours before the Black Friday sale commences.
Redeeming Points
To check your current reward points, login to your account and open the Rewards widget.
Yes, unused rewards points expire after 365 days.
In the Rewards widget, click into Redeem Points to see your current redemption options.
Select the reward you would like to redeem. Once selected, you'll be given a discount code to apply at checkout.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
