It is so important to us that you are satisfied with your Static experience. We know it can be daunting to purchase jewellery online, so we've made returns quick and easy!
We ask that you please familiarise yourself with our returns policy prior to submitting a return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, you are entitled to an exchange or full refund for an extended period up to 3 months. Please include a photo of the fault in your return submission so we can best assist you.
Ordered the wrong size or stone? If you'd like a different colour or size of the same item, you can return the item for exchange for up to 30 days.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-7 business days. We will send you an email to notify you once your return is processed.
Once you have submitted a returns form you will be contacted by us with further instructions on returning your item/s.
