WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Pure silver is too soft to produce jewellery, so it is alloyed with copper to make it strong.

With proper care your sterling silver jewellery will last a lifetime.

WHAT IS OXIDISED SILVER?

Oxidised silver has been aged with a chemical; usually with liver of sulphur. It is done purposefully to give a silver different appeal or to highlight details.

ARE YOUR GEMSTONES & CRYSTALS NATURAL?

All of our gemstones & crystals are natural unless otherwise stated.

Due to the natural nature of many of the gemstones used in our jewellery, individual characteristics such as colour, size, and inclusion will vary from piece to piece. These variations are what make each piece unique.

Light conditions can also affect the appearance of a gemstone. You may find a gemstone that appears dull indoors, comes to life under natural sunlight.

HOW IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE?

Many of our pieces are hand crafted by skilled artisans, others are casted.

When it comes to hand crafted jewellery, any variation in colour or detailing is a result of the hand crafted nature of the piece. Slight imperfections are not considered defects, but add to the value and unique character of the piece.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship all orders with Australia Post within 24 hours Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

CUSTOMS

Customs/import duties vary from country to country and (if applicable) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we can not estimate these charges so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number with your shipping notification. Please allow a couple of hours after the shipping notification for tracking information to upload.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

At the checkout, simply enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the payment screen. When placing an order on a mobile device, select ‘Show order summary’ to find the discount code entry point.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment via Afterpay, zipPay, and PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I HAVE A GIFT CARD, HOW DO I USE IT?

At the checkout, simply enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the payment screen. When placing an order on a mobile device, select ‘Show order summary’ to find the gift card entry point.

If you do not spend the entire amount on your gift card the code will remain valid with your remaining amount.If you spend more than the value of the card, you can simply pay the extra via PayPal, Afterpay or with a credit card.

PRE ORDERING - HOW DOES IT WORK?

If an item is available for pre-order, you will see the Pre-Order banner displayed above the product.

When you select to pre-order an item, the product will be added to your cart as if you were placing a normal order. You'll then need to follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the item.

If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship the in stock items first, followed by the pre-order as soon as the product is available. Shipping charges will occur only once. See the product description for the estimated shipping date. Please be advised that this is an estimate only and is subject to change.

Please remember that when you place a pre-order it is treated as a normal order and payment will be taken in full when the order is placed.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

Ordered the wrong size or stone? If you'd like a different colour or size of the same item, you can return an item for an exchange for up to 30 days.
