Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Pure silver is too soft to produce jewellery, so it is alloyed with copper to make it strong.
We love sterling silver. Not only is it a great option for sensitive skin, but with proper care it will last a lifetime.
These refer to different treatments the sterling silver has undergone.
Oxidised silver has been aged with a chemical; usually with liver of sulphur. The treatment is used to darken the silver and highlight fine details.
E-coating or electro-coating is a treatment that that uses an electrical current to apply an ultrafine, protective layer. This coat increase shine and prevents tarnish.
Rhodium is a highly reflective, silver-white metal related to platinum. Rhodium plating gives silver a deeper colour and will also prevent tarnish.

Light conditions will also affect the appearance of a gemstone. You'll find a gemstone that appears dull indoors, often comes to life under natural sunlight.

Customs/import duties vary from country to country and (if applicable) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we can't estimate these charges so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities.

If an item is available for pre-order, you will see the Pre-Order banner displayed above the product.
When you select to pre-order an item, the product will be added to your cart as if you're placing a normal order. You'll then need to follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the item.
If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in-stock items, we'll ship the in-stock items first, followed by the pre-order as soon as the product is available. Shipping charges will occur only once. Please see the product description for the estimated shipping date. Please be advised that this is an estimate only and is subject to change.
Remember, when you place a pre-order it's treated as a normal order and payment will be taken in full when the order is placed.
We want you to love your Static Jewellery. If you're not happy, neither are we. So we've made returns super quick and easy. You'll have up to 30 days to return an item for exchange, credit or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It'll also need to be returned in the original packaging.
Please note: In the interest of hygiene, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.

Credits are issued instantly via email. Refunds are applied to to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 10 business days to process.
All of our jewellery undergoes rigorous quality testing so in the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, please reach out to us. Our jewellery is covered under an extended warranty of up to 3 months. We'll do our best to replace or repair your jewellery or will otherwise refund you.
