In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. If you're placing a pre-order, please be sure to check the product description for the estimated dispatch date. You'll receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs/import duties vary from country to country and (if applicable) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we can't estimate these charges so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities.

Returns

It is so important to us that you are satisfied with your Static experience. We know it can be daunting to purchase jewellery online, so we've made returns quick and easy! We offer FREE size exchange* for 30 days as well as an extended 6-month warranty period.

We ask that you please familiarise yourself with our prior to submitting a return.

Our Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you're welcome to do so within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the original condition that you received it, including the original packaging
Returned to us within 30 days of purchase

Exclusions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale Items

Final sale and sample sale items are priced to clear and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Full-price items purchased with a discount code remain eligible.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for an extended period up to 6 months.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We will send you an email to notify you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to process.

Credit Notes

Credit notes are issued via email in the form of a gift card and do not expire.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with further instructions on returning your item/s.

If your return does not qualify for free return shipping, you will be responsible for shipping costs and arranging shipping.

Free returns

Within Australia and New Zealand, a free return shipping label will be provided for size exchanges and for returns/exchanges due to fault or damage.

For international orders, exchanges and returns due to fault or damage will incur no additional costs. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
