Free Gift T&C's

Occasionally we may offer a free gift, claimable in your cart. This free gift is not automatically added. A free gift can be claimed by clicking the "Add to cart" button in your cart. This will add the item to your cart. This must be done prior to checking out to be included in your order. 

To add a free gift to an order that has already been submitted, please contact us prior to shipping to have your order amended. Once shipped, orders cannot be amended.

Free gifts with a minimum spend must meet the minimum after all discounts have been applied.

Free gifts are limited to one per order, for the period specified or while stocks last.



It is so important to us that you are satisfied with your Static experience. We know it can be daunting to purchase jewellery online, so we've made returns quick and easy! We offer free* exchange or store credit for 30 days as well as an extended 6-month warranty period.


You can request a new size in exchange. If the item you request is out of stock you will be issued a credit for 110% of the item's value.


You will be issued a credit for 110% of the item's value. This credit is valid for 3 years.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless otherwise advised.

We ask that you please familiarise yourself with our prior to requesting a return.

Refund policy

Our Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you're welcome to do so within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original condition that you received it, including the original packaging and free gifts
  • Returned to us within 30 days of purchase

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.  

Sale Items

Final sale and sample sale items are priced to clear and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Full-price items purchased with a discount code remain eligible.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for an extended period up to 6 months.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We will send you an email to notify you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to process.

Credit Notes 

Credit notes are issued via email in the form of a gift card and do not expire.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with further instructions on returning your item/s.

If your return does not qualify for free return shipping, you will be responsible for shipping costs and arranging shipping. 

Free returns

Within Australia and New Zealand, a free return shipping label will be provided for credits/exchanges and for returns/exchanges due to fault or damage.

For international orders, exchanges and returns due to fault or damage will incur no additional costs. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
